As you may have seen in the newsletter we are now taking bookings for The Annual Dinner on Saturday 16th November at Telfords Warehouse in Chester. It’s been sold out the last couple of years there and tickets are selling fast. Partners of members are welcome to attend. I look forward to hearing from you. Stew.

Carrot and Ginger Soup drizzled with chilli oil served with homemade bread
Chicken Karaage – Crispy Japanese chicken, teriyaki sauce, miso mayo & crispy seaweed.
Meze – Hummus, feta, olives, grilled peppers, red pesto and pitta bread
Pan-fried tiger prawns with chilli, garlic, shallots, chorizo butter and garlic bread

Braised Beef with mashed potato, salsa verde, glazed carrots, shoestring fries & a rich red wine jus
Seafood Linguine – prawns, mussels, haddock, tomatoes, chilli, garlic, parsley, cream, wine & parmesan
Rigatoni with chorizo, roast chicken, spinach in a white wine & garlic sauce and Parmesan
Pasta Antonio tossed with red onion, olives, spinach and red pesto, topped with (optional) grilled goats’ cheese
